Goals
General goals of the workgroup are (Minutes - Stockholm 2000 meeting):
- Defining in detail the research framework for the workgroup,
in order to create a discussion paper and possibly using this
framework as a research tool.
- Gathering and mapping relevant research, literature and references
on the social, economic, cultural, political and technological
aspects of capabilities for the adoption and use of ICT.
- Discussing methodology to do research on the adoption and use
of ICT and the capabilities needed.
- Getting new insights by exchanging experiences with regards
our own research activities and with other workgroups or experts
